Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties will cooperate in establishing a production and technology park in Mongolia and developing a research and development center for its logistics connection by improving the activities of legal entities managing technology parks in the heavy and light industry sectors and cooperation between foreign and domestic investment enterprises.
