Bagakhangai Industrial and Technology Park was established by Resolution No. 146 of the City Council of the Republic of Mongolia dated 2019.09.11.
“Within the framework of the industrial development policy, the park was established with the aim of increasing the range of strategic products aimed at competitive export to foreign markets, introducing advanced techniques and technologies in the renewable energy and light industry sectors, creating a favorable business environment to develop a cluster production complex, developing technologies with high intellectual capacity, supporting sustainable development of the region, and increasing Mongolia’s participation in the global market.”

Park units
1. “Sardag Khangai Orgil” LLC /“Sardag Khangai Orgil” LLC, a subsidiary of Fengyan “Investment llc” in China, aims to implement a plant project in Mongolia to process 2.5 million tons of coal per year, produce 1.9 million tons of metallurgical coke, and produce 1 million kW of energy. Power supply: Total power generation capacity of 60 MW. 40 MW can be used for own needs and 20 MW can be supplied to the central power grid./
