Our daily efforts are aimed at promoting the zones and services of our members under the brand "Mongolian Industrial Technology Parks". We attract direct requests for sites, suppliers and contractors from companies planning to establish production in Mongolia through partnership networks, events and Internet resources.
The Industrial Association provides a free professional selection service for any industrial company in Mongolia and the world for a suitable site, supplier and contractor for establishing production. This is a mutually beneficial cooperation that offers investors a wide range of options and increases the flow of incoming requests for members of the Association.
The Association does not act as an intermediary or agent. When receiving a request for a production location, we send it directly to the members of the Association with the consent of the investor, along with technical specifications.

The Association works closely with relevant ministries, government agencies, and development institutions of Mongolia to protect the interests of its members, and actively participates in the development of legal changes related to the regulation of industrial parks and state support, as well as in expert discussions.
Members of the Association have the opportunity to express their opinions on the legal regulations of the sector and expected changes, to come up with new initiatives, and to submit their proposals to government agencies directly or through the Association.

A weekly joint monitoring report is sent to all members of the association via email. This report includes the following information:
Latest news from Ulaanbaatar city and upcoming events;
Industrial Parks Sector News – a media review of special economic zones (SEZs), industrial parks, and production localization;
Investment Monitoring for Production Localization – all publicly announced plans and initiatives to localize production in Mongolia, as well as contact information for investment project initiators, if available.
This information archive is available to members on the portal after logging in with a personal account.

Every year, we offer about 20 of our own events free of charge to our members. Members have the privilege of presenting papers, reports, and presentations at the discussions by registering in advance.
We are always open to receiving new and interesting professional materials in the fields of industrial parks, localization, industrial design, and construction.

The Association organizes foreign business trips for interested members to attract investors and customers. It is also possible to organize training courses, seminars, and workshops on special orders.
Such activities are financed exclusively by the participants' own funds and are not spent on members' tax revenues. However, members of the Association always receive discounts and have the right to priority participation in events.

Members of the Association can receive our methodological support in developing the concept of an industrial park, searching for partners, and developing cooperation with government agencies.
Methodological support includes:

• Individual advice from our staff;
• Specially developed methodological materials and contact information for partners.

Consultations are available in person at our office or by e-mail.

To protect and expand the interests of our members, we are constantly developing our partnership network in Mongolia and internationally. We are always open to establishing contacts and organizing meetings between our members and partners.
Some of the partners of the Association are the Government of Mongolia and other relevant organizations. A full list of partners and areas of cooperation can be found on the Association's website in the "Partners" section.

Regardless of the level of active participation throughout the year, we focus on promoting the industrial park sector every day and receiving direct requests from companies looking to establish production in Mongolia. All investor requests are stored in the personal records of association members and include the investor's direct contact information and detailed technical specifications for the location of production.
